1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 777 bad platform — whether via a web browser, mobile device or any other supported interface — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 777 bad ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform").

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 777 bad platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

1.2 Governing Language

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 777 bad platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

2.1 Age Verification

777 bad takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. At any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at random audit — we may request documentary proof of age. 3. Account Registration

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that game only.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

8. Account Closure & Termination

Either party may initiate the closure of a 777 bad player account. The conditions and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is initiated by the player or by 777 bad.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, 777 bad will process any remaining real-money balance (less any applicable bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. 8.2 Closure by 777 bad

777 bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed use of the account by a person under 18 years of age
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion
• Confirmed bonus abuse or multi-accounting
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request

Where an account is closed by 777 bad due to a breach of these Terms, real-money balances may be retained pending investigation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived wholly from bonus activity will be forfeited. 777 bad will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure by either party, your licence to use the 777 bad platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, limitation of liability and fraud — shall remain in full force and effect.
